And the other half of Bed and Breakfast ....is Breakfast!
At 8:30 am, Mark serves a complete hot-cooked multi-course breakfast in the main lodge dining room with it's own fireplace and many windows overlooking the green lawn, flagstone patios & walkways and massive ponderosa pine trees.

Breakfast starts with juice, a yogurt cup with fresh fruit, and your choice of coffee, tea or hot cocoa. Some of the main entrees are: sausage and pancakes (blueberry, corn meal, apple cinnamon walnut, buckwheat), ham and french toast and a variety of omeletes. The Denver omelet being one of the favorites. Mark also serves homemade muffins and uses only premium quality breads.
And breakfast is the most important meal of the day!
